Dry Leasing: The aircraft owner / lessor provides only the aircraft. Operation control is with the lessee. Crew, fuel, insurance, maintenance or supporting equipment is not included in the lease. The lease period generally starts from 3 years.
ACMI Leasing:The lessor provides ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) usually for short time. In most cases ACMI lease requires that the Lessee provide his own flight number, so that the bills can be directed to him. It’s usually planned for short period as long as 1 year.
Wet Leasing:It’s interchangeably used to refer ACMI. The lessor provides ACMI and a replacement. The lease period is generally from 1 year onwards and the lessor maintains the operational control of the aircraft.
Damp Leasing:Is a reduced version of wet leasing where the cabin crew is provided by lessee.
